Gentle Hands Adult Day Center provides each individual with a personalized care plan. We will work with our client’s family members and medical professionals to meet their individual needs. Our staff is specially trained to facilitate various recreational activities and more. We have an RN or LPN Nurse on staff at all times. We always make sure that our guests are able to receive individual attention when needed.
Adult Day Center Services
Daily Services Include:
- A continental breakfast of muffins and pastries, a hot lunch and an afternoon snack (accommodations for special dietary needs can be made)
- Assistance with personal needs
- Moderate physical fitness exercises
- Nursing services, including medication administration and monitoring
- Holiday celebrations and entertainment
- Group and individual recreational activities
- Supervised outings to local attractions (In Summer Months)
- Access to other resources such as home care services referrals
Transportation – Upon request, a wheelchair lift-equipped bus/and or vans with mobile lifts are used to transport clients. Drivers assist clients in getting in and out of the vehicles.
Methods of Payment Accepted
DODD Waivers: (Individual Options (IO), Level One and Self Waiver)
Medicaid Waivers: (PASSPORT, Veterans Administration, Ohio Home Care Waivers)

Self Pay Cost for Center Services
5 Hours or Less……………$49.00
5 Hours +……………$60.00
Extended Hours (8 am to 6 pm)……….$80.00
Cost for Transportation (when needed)……….Additional $5.00 and cost of mileage ($0.58)
